question about flashing e700

guy's i want to flash e700 ,i found the software and even the dumper,so first thing i will dump the phone and then flash it after making editing in the flash file's ,so is it safe to make this and could i change the original tones and other things?
need full explaining answer.

yes , you can change original tones and stuff but do'nt go ver resource meter
other you might kill your phone

what's that mean i'll make the edit thing in tfs file manager,or is there another way?
and what do u mean in ver resource ,could u explain much more
