Siemens Me45: firmware update is continually killing my phone!

I’ve got Siemens Me45 (Flash HC = C289) and I cannot update firmware version in any way!

Every time I update the phone, the one is killed (ie. it switch on, buzz, then immediately switch off). All34 2.05 cracked by XzZ (other versions also work) with Siemens Logger 4.03 + SpUnlockSiemensCalc (Freia 1.5, SME45Tools 1.2, KSIE 5.1 also properly read/calculate/write logs) restore my phone, but I’ve got flash v14 (from all34 flx file) then.
Updating flash (WinSwup or Siemens Update Tool) is again impossible, again killing my phone, again I can restore the one with All34 + Logger.
I’ve tried fullflash with Freia, SME45Toolsa 1.2 and VKLay, but they kill my phone just as WinSwup, and I must restore the one with All34 + Logger again.

I’ve tried two Win 98 SE and WinXP, and two different PCs. My siemens cable is not original (however bought, not maked by me) and I’ve successfully flashed, repaired and unlocked my old S45 and many C/M/S35 with the cable.
I’ve tried slower bps (57600) and many other soft, solutions from this forum, but to no avail.

The only solution about which I’ve thought is to use LDB/LC logs. I’ve Log Reader v1.0 (for LDB), but I can’t calculate LC.

I’ve bought my phone few days ago with flash v28 and with sim-lock, so It must be good. Some unlocking soft must have damaged my EEPROM and I can’t repair it now, I think.

Can anybody help me :( ?

Oh comeone guys, please help me.
Maybe somebody has LDB -> LC calculator, and generate me LC. Maybe this will help.

I had tried many solutions before I wrote here and It's my own phone.

Still tring to solve, without LC (Nobody calculated it for me until now)

Tried following:

1) All34 2.05 cracked by XzZ (write flash,write imei, burst mode) + Freia ("Direct unlock also saves map" with my original IMEI - phone working with flash v14).
2) winswup v05 (still working)
3) winswup v10 (still working)
4) winswup v14 (still working)
5) winswup v23 (now dead - only buzz)

So I've tried following:
1) V_Klay 2.71 Read Flash - 5 erros corrected, after this flash CRC is OK
2) Write aforementioned flash back to phone with V_Klay (still dead).
3) Use Freia ("Direct unlock also saves map" with my original IMEI, as before) (still dead)

So I've tried following:
1) Again, I've restored phone with All34 2.05 + Freia (phone working - flash v14)
2) Again Read/Write Back flash with V_Klay 2.71 (5 erros corrected, phone working).
3) winswup v23 (again dead - only buzz)
4) Write Flash with V_Klay from item 2) (phone working - flash v14).

Any sugetions ?

1) I've used EEPROM backup from somewhere on the net for flash v14 and then Freia write IMEI (phone alive).
2) After update to flash v23 phone was dead.
3) Now I've used EEPROM backup for flash v23 and then Freia and It's alive.

All is working now. I can update flash to v30, and V_Klay reads my flash with no errors.
Now I know that my EEPROM nad flash are good.
