Sendo M550 Blocked

Hi My Sendo M550 Say Blocked When U Turn It On It Is Not Blacklisted I Have Confirmed That It Needs A Flash Reset But I Dont Want To Pay Something Like £34.57p To Get It.
Is There Any Software?
I Dont Have A Cable.
Can 1 Of U Guy Plz Put Exactly What I Would Need

when u put sim card it says blocked use angel software and unlock ur phone:)

If you use Angel Soft, Imei of your phone will be changed.
If you (or somebody else) tried to enter NCK code, several times it is immposibile to unlock phone useing for Example Griffin Crd, wich one is reading Log, and calculating codes.
But still there is: DELOK ALL SENDO...

You can unlock, flash and do anything you want to do with your sendo...
