need help ! alcatel 320 bad sound on earpiece

I need help with alcatel 320 ....voice in earpiece ok for 1 second after that ... the voice is verry verry low ... allmost unhearable ... any ideea ?? THANKS !

Do You replase speaker?

first move was to change the speaker .... same problem !

Cleaning PCB connector part and connector too.
