hi all,

I get in my hands test sim card from Sagem factory. It's SIM card accepted by all phones, even if they are locked to some network.
SIMEMU cards can be changed to this type of card, it's only about IMSI and some other values for better work (PLMN, Loci, Kc, HPLMNsp). If someone need this, contact me via ICQ.

For advanced users old news, but maybe can help for some guys... :)

hi

you need to program your card with IMSI:
Pure IMSI: 080910100000000010
or
Legal IMSI: 001 01 00000 00001

with this card you can e.g. enter into menu in locked Siemens phones (you can run java app for unlock) and you can also enter into Siemens phone even if it's locked with phone code...

I also put in this card my local operators codes so it working as:

when I enter pin 0000 operator code: 001-01 (test card)
when I enter pin 23101 operator code: 231-01
when I enter pin 23102 operator code: 231-02

this is very useful even for siemens or other phones and for checking if phone is locked
