Is there a relationship between the Ki, IMSI and telephone number of a sim card?

Hi,
good question.
If there is a relation between IMSI & KI KI = F(IMSI) this can be the solution for the COMP128 v2 cards.
But The problem is what is this Function F?
If we can access to one AuC, we can see his functionality. Perhaps the manufactured of card DONīT NEED send the Ki with the cards..... ;)
