Is this fault by wrong unlocking or hardware?

Have here a m550 with lcd and keyboard problem.
LCD and keyboard blinks...
tried flashing EPPRepair_SND550_M550.sfi, not helped.
After flashing, get connection error.?
Dint try firmware cause Delok doesnt suport Dutch Lp on m550.

do u tried to Unlock it manually by entering NCK code !!!

Hi, yes i unlocked it but problem rmains.
when I push C and arrow down lcd and keyboard leds does not flikker.
