bad comunication

i just buy 2 sets of blazer ( new box , aluminium with 5 cables) and i cant conect with phone , both boxes are well detected but always bad comunication error i tested with many phones and always same in with both boxes , also i have a old dongle ( plastic and com cable) and never have that problems , its very strnage 2 new sets are faulty ...

who can help me ????

Return your 2 boxes back to your reseler to replace them.
It is hard to beleive bouthh are damaged...but who knows. Aniway return them back.
