Edit e700 bin file

Hi,is there a way 2 make edit in the language pack in the bin file,because i want 2 remove 1 language and put other 1 in it's place?

you have open it the hex workshop [program]

this is actually core of the bin file you open , not actually sure how it works but it is possible to do binary code

you can use resman to edit the languag of firmwares

yes you can edit language pack but you must be verry cautious
for memory adress
you dont pass memory region for language packs in phone

so in few words ,where can i get this software and by the way i want to remove 1 and insert another languge in it's place,so it could not be so difficult,or i'm wrong?

but the problem that this software cannot change the language source because the default character stay in the bin file ,so is there other software that remove the specified language completely?

you can change the language with resman, but which ever language you edit, you will have to edit that via the phones/menu language settings..then you will have the language you put in, but the t9 mode will be the same as the language you copied over as this does not get changed

but the problem now that after editing,the offset of the language that i put changed and because of that after flashing ,the phone didn't turned on,what should i do is there better than RASEMAN?
