I have to problem one C62,the ringer volume too low.
I replace the buzzer and flashed the phone (v26) but the ringer volume still low :confused: (not water damaged) What is the problem? (in the GDFS area?)

Try to load this file like cus. file and your will be OK.Here is the link http://195.24.55.24/siemens/flashes/audio.cus

I superimposed this file the "cus" folder but the Flash programmer not see.
Please help,and write for me how to use (step by step)

First you have to install a Flash programmer 2.83(build 169)There you will se an option "Flash file".Select and upload that file to a phone.That's all.If you still have a problems contact me on ICQ 177949983

I have the same problem. I have installed FP 2.83(build 169), but i can not see a "flash file" button. Where is it?

This is audio.cus edited by me!Not tested yet!SW 20

Just put this file in C:\Program Files\microcell\Flash Programmer\HD0503-083-M\cust then run FlashProgramer and chose AudioReset in cust menu!

cust files associated with .ssw files...
Man, you forgot the .ssw file for this cust file...
can u please upload it?
