sysol phones are phillips technology based phones(S500,E700,X100,X600,E100,E800,E820)
Agere phones are Agere/Trident technology based phones(S100,S300,V200,P400,E105,X105,E600,E710,E71 5,E810,E310,P720,etc...)

Samsung use diferent platforms for phones:Conexant(old phones),Agere,Skyworks(C100,P510),Sysol
