e700 problem

i have e700 that shutdown by himself
not all the times but usualy when i get a call,somtimes just with no
action also, what is the problem?
how do i fix it?

check the middle pin on the battery connector and also the battery clip.i've seen a few recently that the batteries are starting to ware and tare a bit and starting to be a poor fit.
