You mixed backslash with slash ;)
the only software on the market supports *** (556 and 565) by reading codes, no need patch flash for unlocking which could damage your phone.

Go to www.twisterflasher.com/alcatel and download the client software. Install it. In order to be able to use this software you have to be a Twister user, with a genuine Twister serial number. If you need a login details for the Alcatel Analyzer, please contact your supplier or me, under logs@twisterflasher.com
