vodafone imei unlock software

Hi! I found this software. It says that it unlocks all vodafone phones. i try to run it, under Win XP but it dosent start, i suspect that it just run over winMe and 98 plataforms. I still dont have time to try it in this plataforms. But i try to disassamble the file and i think it is not fake. But im not expert in this. I d´like your opinion, thanks.

Descargar means Download

You still need to download the blue flash file (non-vodafone-annoying firmware) to upload it to the phone after flashing.
