software announce is perfect but support in not perfect

first by the dongle then beg for registered key

15 days before i buy the furious i cant registere nec software yet number of post u can watch here which i wrote but did not yet receive any solution

today i went to interenet service provider to download the software now the problem is still registration when i try to get the registered key for the server the message appear below

Conecting to Furious Server ... (IP: 82.127.60.143)
Connection with server established ...
Sending login information ...
Waiting for server response ...
Login was denied by remote machine ...
