Problem with E600

Hello all,
I have Samsung E600 flash file (.s3) which i am downloading to my phone using optiflash. I used platform "Customer T: E71x, P720".
The result is that i have 2 phones dead. Am i using the wrong platform?
Someone please help...i am desperate since these are very expensive phones.

Can you please tell me if i should make backup before i flash? Also, when i try to flash the dead piece after selecting E600 and loading file, it says "Too many Retries" and stops flashing.
Can you help me out? :confused:

Don't need backup if you have good flash and windows XP

open optiflash use original cable. Open Options > Settings > General dont select SGH-E600. Select e710 or d410. select flash file and click Flash. It will be ok.

for all with e600 problems , use optiflash 3.7 with d410 bootloader , ensure the battery is fully charged , and do not work on your computer while flashing is taking place
,it definitely interferes with the flashing stages
data to be transferred should 32 mb which should take 1 hour to upload to the phone , after that it should work perfectly

it is sure it works only in xp ?

ok the programm the Flash files is not CorecT WE need The original flash files Because when we flash it with anyone Flash Image (s3 ) After the flasing the phone is not Power ON!!
