How to lock sharp GX1 mobile

HI everyone,

I lost my Sharp GX1 Mobile phone two days back. I want to lock that phone so that no one can use it . How to do this.. Kindly help me in this regard.

Depends what country you are in, whether they have phone barring in your country. But just ring your network operator up and report it lost and please barr/block it, they should be able to do it for you. ;)

Thanks for your kind reply. My country is india and i brought that phone just one month back. I already contacted my service provider(Airtel) and they just locked the SIM Card but they said, it is not possible to lock my phone.
