MyX3 freezing and re-booting

Am new here and i dont know big deal about technical problems. I have an MyX3 and since some days its freezing and re booting by itself. Keypad not responding when froze. If anyone can tell me what to do !!! I dont have any cables or softwares :(

check charger conector ,maybe is dirty

:) if connector cleannig does'nt solve, then buy , SagMaster(from your country resseler) , then flash it with support flashs , ok!
