Hi Guys,
I sent 350euros to Steve about 2weeks ago and as at now have not received the tracking number for the package. I have sent him several mails without any response. I call him and he always promises to email me the tracking number, presupposing that the package has been shipped. Infact, I am very angry.
Steve, respond to this.

Still no reply from them.have already make payment yesterday ,till now no reply ,no mail,nothing.If i knew they won't have take time to reply i would not bought it,Cause i have already told client by latest monday 20 sep 2004 they would get there phones back.

I have sent a mail to him again but still no reply. I'm getting frustrated. I never thought things will go this way I'd have bought the dongle from another source. I've lost so much money and customers because of this delay. I'm angry with you Steve. Respond to this.

:) I don't think soo .cause i have send him message on icq before buying and he respond .I cannot understand why he is not replying the message or giving any feedback.

If anyone hears from him please let us know.

i dont understand what is realy going on with steve. actually i spoke with him on 13/09/04 actually he said he was very sick , however , i have paid for some quantity too but av not heard from him since then but i believe is just a matter of time , he will be here very soon . steve remember some customer can be funny .

You will get u'r packadge don't worry. Problem was that yesterday he was busy with building dongles and today he went to UK with his stuff so that's why you didn't had any reply.

Well Steve, you need to know how to deal with your customers(the people who buy your dongles). Without us you are out of this business so you've got to treat us with some sort of respect. How can we be sending you so many emails without you responding.

I have sent you money which you have received, I send you mails and you dont reply to let me know or explain what is going on. It's been over two weeks now.

Please let me know what has happened to my order or you refund my money to me. TIME they say is MONEY!!!. How can you cause me to lose so much money by your insensitivity and silence. Respond to this. Mail me or PM to explain.

please ZONEGSM can you change the adress IP ( 82.127.60.143 ) for furious server because we c'ant access from tunisia and some other country, I has pinging this adress ip but no reponse from server ( ip:82.127.60.143), that's whay most people c'ant generate theire key, please solve this problem

I have never heard of chronopost.After 7 days no order to be seen.Maybe shipment is by SHIP.

I am expecting my furious by this order.

Chronopost is DHL affiliate in France. Problem is that them are not serious from time to time.

At last i got my pack yesterday evening . let me correct something the package was brought by FEDEX and not DHL.


Having known that they (Chronopost ) ar not serious at time u shouldn't have sent it through them especially this kind of urgent shipment.
