Hi,

I'm still having problems with my code reader V14. Got the model above and the soft says looking for phone...and that's it.I know need to use myx6 testpoints and read it but soft cannot find the phone.I searched the forum and found many different experience about this problem.Someone said need to downgrade to V10.1,someone said works with V14 too?!What is the true?Has anyone at least soft+bin for downgrade?Package what to do?

how to unlock sagem my x-7. i have sagem dongle v14.0. i'm using test point x-6. select v75 reading. allways say soft cannot find the phone. how to unlock my phone??? please help me
