Hello, Martech.
I have tried my testpoint adaters on A60,A55 and CF62 v11 & v84.
Always get errors with red light.
My Box II is working fine.Not happy at all. :mad:
Are the adapters bad?

yes, probably adapter, or adapter cables are damaged...
(maybe during transport was damaged...)

You have to send us adapters + adapter cables,
(and PCB from any phone, which not works... for example a60).
we'll check everything, and will send you back new, exchanged adapters,
and your PCB.
Warranty exchange is free.

Had a simular problem with TP box which was exchanged instantly from Martech.
Very nice service, but I think Martech customers are used to it !!
Please remember always to send testpoint adapters with all testpoint cables,
and with any unsupported PCB (for example a60 - if it's m55/x60 adapter type)...
if you send all these things together, you can be sure that your problem will be solved immediatelly and your adapters will work 100%.
Many, many customers use BOX II + testpoint adapters on all known phones versions, and all works without any problems...
in 99% of cases problem is because of user mistake (not correctly using of adapter), or for example damaged adapter cable.
For all warranty exchange problems - please contact martech@hot.pl directly, because every problem is different, and we have some additional questions for every of you - for solve problem as fast as possible (and without sending adapters if it's possible...)
You have full technical support on our forum (manuals with pictures etc...)
so don't worry to ask... :)

Most probably the adapter cables are damaged.Will be wise and quicker if repaired locally.
My Box II is perfect, so I believe the adapters are ok too.
I have sooo many jobs pending. maybe a shematic of the cables?
This will be quicker.

Mt TP was suddenly dead, Martech II box OK.
Why dont you just get the TP box exchanged, they are really fast doing it, and now everything is OK.

i believe is the test point adaptor is the problem , but i will advice that things like this should be tested b4 shipping to distance contry
please just contact us via email (martech@hot.pl) and give us more details, maybe we'll be able to find reason, and repair it "remotly" without sending
(maybe it's problem with cable - but cable you can repair...)

i think there should be solutions to solve this problem locally....customers dont want to know whether ones device is faulty.... i hope Martech will take good note of this.
