V14 Dongle Problem

Hi.

I have a new desing of V14 Sagem Reader Dongle.

I open the soft and the dongle is detect but when i trie to read the phone the dongle never detect it.

I think this is a construction problem because i already talk with people that have these reader´s too and they have the same problem.

No man,nothing wrong with your dongle I suppose.What type of cellphone you're talkin' about?Clone or Original dongle?The new phones like V65-V75,X7 won't work with V14.I had a terrible last 3 days with my new clone dongle.You need to get back to V10.1,I have just done and the phone is unlocked now.I think the most versatile dongle at the moment in the market the V10.1 clone sagem code reader.

Hello,

I have same problem vith V14 dongle, and I want reprogram back to v 10.1.

But my dongle is different like on the here http://uk.zonegsm.com/guides/

when I update dongle from v10 to v14 from support page I get srepair14 program. When I start this program my dongle was reprogrammed and I get new *****.upd file and with this file I update v14 reader.

Maybe exist same metod to programm dongle back to v 10.?

Is .RAR. You have to write "sagemreader_sn_18605508.bin" to ATMEGA16, then upgrade using exe file with his .upd version. Read "Update Dongle - HELP .txt"
Take care you can not jump direct to v12 use .upd one by one

Follow this:
-download the attached file and the files from the link provided.(uk.zonegsm.com/guides)
-install ponyprog 2000
-open with ponyprog the file from the package you downloaded(sagemreader10.1.flash.bin
-save the file as HEX!and copy the attached ESUPD.exe and all the files in one folder
-reboot the PC in dos mode
-run this command:"ESUPD.exe sagemreader10.1.flash.HEX" that will program your dongle without soldering or anything!!!Very good tool!
-then start the sgs.exe sagem switcher program from the package and choose V10 then Sagem CDR will start,update the dongle.That's it!

see mr speedy_04, gsmexpert. he is da man for the job, he fixed my dongle for me just the other day. amd my dongle is the same as yours.
