Z600 Strange fault

I have a Z600 that seems to restart 2 times per second almost. The phone doesn't restart but turns off the lcd and lights and turning on the external lcd.
Even when it charges.
It was a bit water damaged but cleaned and reflowed very well.
I also have removed the PA but the result is the same. I have also checked the flip open/close magnetic sensor and it seems to be ok.
what can it be? :confused:

i,ve flashed every thing i can think of no joy someone tell me what to do pls,

had you checked your settings? what happened to your phone before the defect... did you drop it or did it got wet?.. more infor pls... :D

Please try to resore Factory Setting and Flash.Other wise chech the hardware.
