I`ve got furious from Networkunlock since 4 days.
and still i can not even RUN any of its softwares!

i have all exe files, problem is i need keys! and client software not work (access denied)..

GSMZone, please reply me in icq :(

i never cry even if i would buy 100 pcs of this "furious"
i just want to know, how "furious" customers use this dongle?!
no key, no answer, nothing!

I have very same problem on 8 pcs

I have the CD's but have no way of finding out the s/n of each unit, and none of the programmes will open - just giving me message: FURIOUSDONGLE.COM STEVE HASP not found

I have sent 3 of these units out today to customers and will definately be getting phone calls tomorrow asking me for support in getting this working!!

I need the HASP key for these boxes urgently - so please reply ASAP

it's simple you must download the new furious client in supporte section it generate all keys for all soft

you must create an account in support area with the dongle id resseller name etc .... then the furious team can activate your account to download the update after that download the full 50mo in the support area then unzip it you'll found a folder that contain many folder with folder name dongle drivers open it and lunch the hdd32.exe that install the driver of you box after that donwlod the new furious client and use it to calculate the keys of all softs.

I have original CD, and also have the hdd32.exe which I have installed, but I do not have access to support because I have no download link, no username and no password!!

Also, I dont know the s/n of these dongles I have here........... :mad:

What next batman??

yes bro read my message you must create an account after the furious team can activate it for you for download all softs and new drivers.

Yeah, thats fine bro, but how you fill in all the details if you dont have the s/n of the dongle??

It wont allow me to login and register until I provide s/n of dongle - but I dont have it and nowhere can it be seen or found!!

no there is no S/N you give only the id Zone-Fr or UK ....

ok, but it would be so much easier if they had that information written in the CD that comes with the damn thing!!

Just one text file with a little help message telling you how you register and obtain the updates and activations.

Little things like that go a long way in keeping customers happy - don't you think??

And when customers are happy - they buy more from you!!

i'm finale user like you it's true the most of furious resseller ''as my resseller'' are ****in guy the support i do it by my self in msn i talk with steeve and he activate for me the account but it's easy and i'm satisfed with support as my customer elhamdoullila-h i'm wating for the u8110 and e313/616 it's great if it will be released this month

this is my problem too, Mr Vahid, i send you a lot of mail for send me my user pass because my hdd was dead and i lost all data... i always wait my user and pass for ust from 1 month...:)
you want support, we want also support for your soft ;)
