5400 unlock problem??

Hi

im using v1.2 of program to unlock lg 5400 phone but when i make connect i press power and still pressing and boot, read imei and then internal error???

is there any other program to try??

i faced that probleme before but when i use external power all will be ok :D

im using universal box, i see somewhere that cables wich dont have external power to keep power on pressed, do you know where should i put the power in phone??
