Code reader 10%

Hi, I´ve got a sagem code reader clone dongle. The thing is that when I try to unlock any phone y detects the mobile but gets stuck when checking phone´s processor. Doesn´t continue when it reaches 9% or 10%.

I´ve tried with v.12, 13 & 14. Any idea?

Hi carp pull your reader apart then resolder all components and check cable solder joints and make sure wiring is 100%

Does it give any messege after stoping prosses?

Yes, when I press "Abort" (after 10-15 minutes) it says "program error, exiting" & closes the program.

Yes, seems to be a dongle problem.
