i encounter this problem
so after i flash AVR ARm and GDFS not working
then i will change the flash chip
do full flash AVR ARM GDFS unlock
now phone works fine
applied to T610/T630

just unlock with ufs-3 init lock write gdfs and your phone is ok

I had same problem and I write MCU,Modem and GDFS v.R6C005 and now phone is ok !

it's important to master reset from phone

do it very quickly :)
