siemens c30, when power on it display

" Telefonhiba "

" Ki "

keypad all number work ok. no network bar sin.

can not making in-out call.

what language is this? what is meaning of telefonehiba?

phonre is lock ? what is solution for this phone working?

Would love to help but my foreign languages ain't to good try reset to english by flashing it there was old apps that made a "repair flash" for those handsets that worked or try Freia and full flash

I'm not sure what language it is!
It looks like it says telephone locked
I think its like when you enter the wrong code on say a siemens A35 then u get phone blocked.

Here is schematic If u want to slap a cable together

Hehe... This phone is probably from hungary... hiba world means in english: ERROR

so telefonhiba=phoneerror

and

ki=OFF

maybe your phone have message"phone failure"(in english)
if you want send me imei ,(is writed under battery) and i send you full flash
for your phone whith original imei
it works 100000000%
