hi everybody

i´m new at such forums, and my problem ist not to unlock a phone.
my v200 accept the sim card, but it is not possible to phone , after a few sec. are only emergency calls possible
does anybody knows something about such troubles

1: Blacklisted
2: Hardware/software fault
