Alcatel 7 in 1 cable problem

I have 7 in 1 Alcatel cable and have only one problem,btw i can`t comunicate neather the one soft at the market free.I have some 320 and 311 buth i can`t comunicate with the soft,when i use data cable for 311 work ok,is there one any with clue obouth that ?
