What did you do so far ?
Flash your phone
1. Flash your phone if no result or no connection to Phone uoy must open it
2.diskonect display camera and flat cabel ....try to power on
3. see for water damage and cleen it good in ultrasonick bath of CNC

your phone need any hardware application on your phone , but, i want to need your last application on your phone before, you reported your phone dead ?
if infrom about this , i can reach you will any possible steps on powering on your phone.
