BLAZER 5.0 cant unlock C1200 T-Mobile !!!

Hello BLAZER Team

I`m have LG C1200 from T-Mobile Germany,
when I try unlock program make unlock done, but phone still locked
and ask "Enter SPCK"
full info phone:
Flash Type - Hitachi 16MB
Sw Version - V105
Phone Model - C1200P16FL
Date of Sw - May 03 2004
Languague - En_De_NL_Fr_Es

I`m have full backup phone.

Please add for support this model or give me solution how unlock this phone.
