NEC e616 will not dial out

Hi,

I bought a NEC e616 from ebay and when I key in a number to call and push the green dial button, it just stays there and does nothing. Also when I try to send a text message, it just stays on the sending message screen and the browser just stays white when on WAP. Whats wrong with my phone?

the probleme on Nec e616 is the battery. it dont hold more than 7 hours,
and message probleme
