Flashing C62

HI

using flash programmer 2.83; does anyone can tell me how to flash language inside C62; at each time, the c62 failled to boot.

I'm using an working cable with 12 v power,.... or is there any other requirements to suceed; i tried alredy all speeds, ... same result

I have dead C62 and at fleshes me drifter writes:
