Before going to hardware repair you have to try with this codes :
*2767*2878#
*2767*3855#
*2767*688#
*2767*927#
if not :
Write IMEI
If the problem still again so go to hardware solution :
- clean the antenna - PCB contact if not
- rehot the RF part if not
- change PA (1000000000% ok) ,I am sure that your problem is in PA believe me !!
