did you reprogram eep chip !!!!!

In Samsung phones The phone can power on even the eeprom cheap is not present on the board (in this case the phone displays System faillur) . So this solution is not very very sur and well!

Best regards !

True. I have instances when the eeprom is corrupted, the phone simple will not power up unless you have removed it. Did you remove your eeprom to test?? Another funny thing about Samsung, if the backup battery is dead, "sometimes" the phone will not power up too.

Good luck with your N620

No ! listen to me:

The Epprom contents is the same ( tested by me) .I have repaired an N620E system failure with 620 Eeprom.ust and 100 % ok !
The difference is in hardware section IE the eprom Ic in 620 is externe (24C512) but in 620E It's emulated one ( in memory flash IC) !

so you can worke with the eeprom file of 620 and no problem !

tested and confirmed !
