Problem at recording sw to the C62

I have problem at recording sw to the C62. I have correct cable, but at press red buttons me programme "Flash Programmer" will write message:

Initializing...
Uploading flash algorithm...
Waiting phone restart...
Uploading flash algorithm...
Flashing failed. Starting flashing failed (algorithm header not valid). Please try recovery flash.

What shell I do, or what ordnance badly
Please help my
