Hello I just recieved a BF4 in a trade it is CELL C branded which i believe is South African. i tried my Rogers (1900/850)Sim card and it would read the sim address book but when i try to make a call i would get "service not available" work how can i find what freq. it operates at and if it is unlocked? and how can the frequency be changed if need be? when i do a network search it says "the list of available networks is empty" Thanks Jean
