gobi can u make this question to mr vygis plz? do i fisically need the phone that i need to unlock plugged to the vygistoolbox or perhaps there is a way to unlock a phone via internet...? if i have the imei of the phone can i give it to the software so that he can give me back the right unlock key? thanks in advance!

Hello. I have BIG problem. I connect my Vygys Box to USb - computer detect USB-RS232 by Vygisoft .... and this is all (Win 98 and WIn XP, USB 1.1 and 2.0). I dont have window about Preferecne (setting) in Control Panel when I make set COM PORT. I dont have oryginal soft (dongle or other by Vygis) becouse i dont need this soft, buy VygiTool Box becouse I wont replace my old BOX V2. Instal all driver , results is still this.

We offer a standalone solution with this device, so you will need the phone physically in order to unlock.
- There are some peoples that have some Network provider data base and can give you the codes for phones, but ONLY if the phones are locked to some specific provider.

If the box is programmed as VygisToolbox, then it will not create a virtual comport for you.
- If you want to use the USB Box as USB Unibox, then you need to program it as this.
You will need to go to somebody who have a vygisdongle to program your box, because the programming software works only with dongle.
