help to find software to repair probs?

hi i am an mobile student. i have recently hearing about software called
Hardware monitor of moblie which can repair 70% of problems and point out faults in DCT-4 models also for color handsets without camera.

so i need to know does any one has this software or information about this kind of software please let me know.

which model did you used?
why did you try run it on griffin or twister flasher dongle to reflasher that, maybe can help you ASAP.
