 Hi i have a Nokia 7610 and all of a sudden i keep getting a message saying

Not enough memory to receive Sim messages. Delete some data first

Now my memory card has got enough memory and using fexplorer it says i have enough phone memory

So does anyone know what data i have to delete or where sim message data is stored

That means, that your phone has almost memory full, not your MMC.
Delete data from phone not from MMC, otherwise, phone will say same thing.

My phone memory free is 7034 i've only used 1152 kb

441 b used on calender
5 kb Contacts
5 kb for messages
24 kb on images

this dosen.t add up
i don't know what i have on my phone memory that i can delete..

i've reset the phone and it still get the same problem
if you can give an example of something i can delete then that would be great

Change the Message storage area from Phone to MMC:

Just go to Messaging-->Options-->Settings-->Others-->Memory to use = Memory Card
