For rh-18,rh-36 and rh-38 all the hardware is the same,only diff is the software only,u can do changing language as u like.

@spectrum :it cheaper to put a capacitor (laval's) then changing the band pass filter (ssatcom's). But it is actualy... causing undesired "RF Harmonic reactance". But, its okay.. because customer doesnt have Spectrum Analyzer, Right???? He..he..he..

@GSM Coolhawk : at least 1kpf. Dont have? Just 'jumper' it!!! thats all.

I agree, this is a cheaper and easier method.

I confirm that the rx sensitivity is lower than normal but it is not noticeable in areas with good reception.

i used 1nF signal is great never use jumper wire it will become intermittent signal in some places!!!

guys, i´m having several problems with these damn phones.
hardware mod. is ok, but i´ve tons of phones which ended up dead while trying to flash it with tornado.

before flashing i assure to unlock and master reset it all.
then i choose rh18 flash files and when i click on flash, many times the first erasing process stops, and i got ????????????? imei numb. that cant be fixed with rpl.... i dont know why, or what is going on, but its killing my pocket.......

do u think it may be connector?

man i dont use erase function. when you flash. soft first erases area used by flash, then flash file into phone. i just click "flash" button.

and please, dont answer "get rpl's from griffin server of others" . rpls wont work with this problem, i already tried more that 8 rpls in 6 different phones.

if u dont wanna change uem then getting the .rpl from griffin is the only way unless your uem is damaged then u have no option but to replace the UEM and then u can write any .rpl

guys i have a strange problem here....
i converted this rh36 by replaceing filter with capacitor.
i did plenty with no problems...
this fellow.... wont work in 1800mhz once i solder the capacitor BUT works with perfect signal when i put 1900mhz filter back.

what do u guys think would be the problem there?

I converted 1100b to 1100 it works ok but not charging. when connected with charger while turned off it only display battery icon not charging bars but its not charging and while its turned on displat nothing when connect charger.

the solution is working 1000 % and i have convrted a lot of 1100,but lately i got a problem in converting them ib a way, and the problem is that after converting them they can not keep current.
means that during the call it will appear battery empty and goes off.
