i unlocked e 616 with this metod:

Instructions to unlock your Nec e616v phone:
(Acpu:125.56.07 Ccpu: c623.r0v)

(With a 3G card inside the phone)
Enter: #4960*49273408# (Note! Nothing will be shown on your LCD)

Enter:
*4960*49273408*49273408# ("Sim lock ON" will be shown in the LCD)

(Change to a 2G card, restart the mobile and enter your pin-code)
Press "arrow down"
Enter this 8 digits code 49273408 and then OK

Enter:
#4960*49273408# (Note! Nothing will be shown on your LCD)

Enter:
*4960*49273408*49273408# ("Sim lock ON" will be shown in the LCD)

(Change back to your 3G card)
Press arrow down
Enter this 8 digits code 49273408 and then OK

(And keep changing with your 2G card when you need it)


and now after 40 seconds is restarting.I don't have soft or cable, what can i do? :(

you posted the unlock method by keypad and now you need a sw/cable solution???
be more clear.
