I had a tornado box bought in my country Indonesia with the sticker Mr.Cables Equipment, I buy it from Best N' Cheap (Media Group) Indonesia around May 2004, two weeks ago i request login id and password from mr.cables through email becoz i read his post in this forum about support, and he didn't give me the login, izzit called support by MR.CABLES EQUIPMENT ?????????

I think that you cannot say that because of stupid login Ser!
Mr. Cables is one of the first guys involved in GSM buisness.
I think that he deserves a little bit more respect!

sorry, i can not agree with you. if the supplier doesn't respect his customers, do you still expect us to respect him. We can not respect somebody only because he is one of the first guys involved in this businee.

Mr Cables is 1000% trustable, your reseller is BEST n CHEAP.
The person the boxes ORIGINALY come from was Mr Cables.
With regards to the support.
if you read in the correct section, you will find you are required to apply on the website for your log in details, NOT by email.

When you want the Login for my Supporting Site, I told you that you contact
Best and Cheap to get it (I have created different accounts for each re-sellers)
Best and Cheap has already got the Login ID, you should ask him directly since
the box you said you bought from him, only he can ' identify ' your UFS Box was
from him !!
If he rejected to give you the Login you should post here he is the Liar ?

May be you are not understanding the role of the ' Manufacturer ' Distributor ',
' Reseller' & ' Retailer ' Each person should have their responsiblities for the
support, of course I take care of all my customers.
There are too many people selling cloned device and said it was coming from
Mr. Cables .... bla.. bla.. At least, I need to proof something before I reply to someone!
