7610 contact retailer

Hi i have 1 x 7610 contact retailer ,i tryed to full flash it MCU+ppm but same
made format AREA ,but than when pwoer on only NOKIA and phone freeze ,
i made full earse than full flash ,than simlocks ,than defaults but 2 viariant.
1. Contact retailer OR 2. nOKIA and freeze .
any idea to solve it ?

u try to erase flash 1st then reflash mcu&ppm after falshing complete try to format user area

done. when power on show NOKIA and freeze ,
whats problem ? maybe try to change UEM ?
i cant image any ways -)

dear frind
if u using tornado do this few steps with me i tested it many times and alwayes succeed .
first check then choose the mcu and ppm
pres flash buton when the program finished erasing stop the prociss
you'll find 4 addreses maybe 5 copy them and past in new txt ok

using eras flash option
adjust start addres here u'll take the end no of the first addres ok
adjust end addres here u'll take the 1st no of the 2nd addres ok
and contenu this way till u reach the last addres
then flash again then format then write pm then unlock and ur phone'll work great .

exampl:
if the 1st addres is 00000000-0000ffff
and the second wher 00010000-000efff
u'll choose 0000ffff in adjust start addres
and 00010000 in the end addres and etc for all of the rest

maybe u can try to "Set full factory default" after format user area......

why so confused to solve that??, I always repair software fault "Contact retailer" without using flasher or computer JUST REFORMAT YOUR PHONE BY PRESSING YES+3+* then POWER ON YOUR PHONE REMEMBER DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON UNTIL YOU SEE "FORMATING" MESSAGE

I agree with johnny liang,I never tick full factory defaults while flashing 7610,after flash just use the key to format or set full factory defaults.

PS:U can release the button while u see 'formating' message...if not ur finger will be very painful. :)

once i have the same problem and i erase flash then flash phone and format it but don't set factroy

Try flash again, after flash done you must "Set full factory defaults" then "format user area" All done! kkk

all done but still formating n factory default fail
