Siemens C62 date&time problem

I have C62 with "frozen" date and time - 00:00, 01/01/1970!
I can change them, but when exit menu on display - 01/01/1970 00:00.
I update SW to v26 and chanche RTC battery, but no result.
Any ideas?

It is not 32Mhz , it is 32,768 Khz crystal !!!!!!!!!!!!!

it`s a question of clock working or not,and how to solve...
