can u flash the phone using a normal usb cable or do you need to open it up and solder wires?

in ipsl1.1 step1 ok but error in step 2
in ipsl2 can't connect cause my nec is installed in port 4 and 5 but ipsl2 start from port0 to port3
in ipsl 1.1 you can change start port number in ipslseting.text
in ipsl2 you can't
is ther any way to solve this

What this firmware will do ? will it unlock 313 or will it downgrade the version so that we can use the temporary unlock soulution so that the people having the new version for 313 phones will use it atleast temporarily

I purchased the cable, installed the driver, loaded up this IPLS2 software, configured phone's COM port to COM3 and I can't manage to flash the phone. Would it matter if the phone is blocked completely when it starts? I have the mesage please insert correct USIM card (even if the 3UK Sim card is inserted). Anyone knows what's going on?
