C62 strange problem

Siemens C62 with "standard" ;) problem (that I think):
Reset IMEI, no sound, no beep, hang up, no power off AND WITH THIS STARNGE PROBLEM:
After turn on on the display I can see:

What it is ? I don't understand, it's joke ?

I try flash phone with v20 with repair GDFS , but it still broken (no IMEI etc.)
I try flash v26 (not working , only white , yellow or black screen.

I use cable with +12V and 3-5, 4-7. (and 2.83 Flash programmer)

What can I do with this phone, It's possible to repair it?

I don't have griffin :(
But when I starts up the phone, IMEI is good, but about 3 sec later it brokes. Is this "normal"?

This is normal behaviour, if your SIM card doesn't have the PIN code activated. Aircraft check is a pretty annoying "feature" of Siemens phones.
