iam traying to make this vygis work it took me more than 15 hours finely ican see the soft on my desk top but it cant unlock simpel bf4

- You have in support section a MANUAL, where it explains how to install Dongle driver then USB driver ....
It is really not difficult, man....

- As fonec sayed: Have you buyed the box with Alcatel activation too, or standard pack with LG activation an free BE4-5 gift?

If you have buyed full activated:
About your problem: your error means the software cannot comunicate with the phone

Possible reasons:
- dirty contact pads on phone PCB
- Bf4 connector not fitted well
- Port in software not selected as Vygiscable
- Switch on usbox MUST BE in FBUS mode
- phone is on (must be off)

Also (some models like OT331 where not connecting) we have recommanded our customer who use alcatel software, to make a small hardware modification in the USB box. Exact details you find in the corrected.jpg file, in the suport area.

So - one of this can be your problem there.

But, please keep on to your reseller. You have to contact him first if you have any question.

the contact its ok.
idid tal with resseller he said chek the cabel,iam :mad: please help,
idid manage to unlock 3 bg3 phones.
but when i selcte bh4 it says no respand from the phone and the phone turn on automatcly.

Probably this is your problem:

As the author sayed about TH4:

"Cable is same as for Alcatel BH4.
Really connector pins for TH4 must be longer about 1,5-2 mm for correct contacting."
This means try to press the connector in the phone ..

but isee ???
when i connect the phone the box blink green and the phone switch on.
itray to push the connector but sane problem.
1.connect the cabel to the box.
2.connect the cabel to the phone.
3.fbus.
4. select USB-RS232 by Vygisoft
5.the back is off.
dont forget idid manage to unlock 3 bgs phones.



same problem no respand from the phone.
