C62 Problem after flash IC changed...

Hi, I have c62 that I accidentaly killed with more than 12v on cable.
Of course flash IC was dead, after changing IC phone was dead (from another dead c62)...
I flashed with ver 092, phone is alive but Imei 099999-1234.. etc...
Tried flash with repair GDFS but still all 4 locks closed!
With c62 logger it loges file with Imei from other phone that I got IC.

What shoud I do, any idea. Is there a OTP imei in flash Ic that can't be changed... Or there shoud be some kind of "Imei repair" using OTP imei and how can I do it...

1-change flash and procesor from the same phone(the phone will be dead)
2-make recover flash with flash programer 2.83
3-write flash with repaire gdfs HD0503-083-M(see old threads)

How come that so far no one made a soft to recalculate sec. zone in c62 flash?
Where is OTP imei, in flash or CPU? Or both?
